Thomas Bergen grew up singing in the Mennonite Brethren Church. He has worked as a high school music teacher and as a church music director, and currently serves as the worship coordinator at Regent College. Thomas’ greatest choral boast is uninterrupted choir participation every year of his life since 2002. Over these years, he has had the privilege of singing under the direction of Larry Nickel, Dean Wedel, Wes Janzen, Ellen Wang, Jon Thompson, John William Trotter, Gail Suderman, Jon Washburn, Kevin Zakresky, Fiona Blackburn, Erick Lichte, Kathleen Allan, Jordan Van Biert, Joel Tranquilo, and now Paula DeWit as an on-call singer for Belle Voci. Thomas expects that he will keep singing with others, hopefully forever.
